The AFF is a Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco luncheon program for the business and banking community in the 12th District that highlights the importance of Asia’s links to the United States through expert presentations by speakers from around the world. Forums are held at the Reserve Bank’s San Francisco headquarters, and at its branches in Los Angeles and Seattle.

About Teresa Kong: Prior to joining Matthews in 2010, Teresa was Head of Emerging Market Investments at Barclays Global Investors, now known as BlackRock, and responsible for managing the firm’s investment strategies in Emerging Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America.
