Health Insurance: As a Fed employee, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of health plans to meet your needs. We offer several options, including: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans and Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plans.

Dental Insurance: Coverage options include preventive, basic, major and orthodontic services.

Vision Services Plan: Coverage includes exams, lenses and frames or contacts every calendar year.

Life Insurance: Your family is protected through an employer-paid life insurance benefit.

Other Insurance: Accident, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Pet, Home, Auto, Legal.

Your Wealth

Thrift Plan: Our Thrift Plan 401(k) gives you an opportunity to contribute to both a savings and a deferred compensation account. You'll receive an automatic contribution from the Fed equal to 1 percent of your salary. Better yet, the Fed will match your contributions dollar for dollar, up to 6%.

Retirement Plan:To augment employees' Thrift Plan savings and Social Security benefits, the Bank provides a monthly pension based on final salary, years of service and age. This pension plan is fully paid by the Bank and does not require employee contribution.

Financial Services: The Bank provides access to free financial assistance and planning services to its employees.

Vacation and Holidays: The Bank provides at least two to three weeks of paid vacation to all full-time employees. Additionally, employees receive 10 paid holidays each year.

Educational Assistance: The Bank reimburses tuition, book and course fees (up to an annual maximum) for employees enrolled in an approved degree program.
