Cliff Kellogg is leading a financial transaction on behalf of ShoreBank International for a multi-investor debt pool for microfinance lending in Africa. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President for ShoreBank Corporation, the first and largest community development bank in the U.S. He led ShoreBank’s successful 2008 shareholder investment campaign. From 2000 until 2006, he was President & CEO of City First Bank of DC, the first development bank in Washington, DC. From 1997 until 2000, he served on the National Economic Council of the White House and in the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Senior Policy Advisor on Community Development Policy. He holds degrees from Yale Law School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
