Andrew Ditton
Andrew Ditton is currently Co-Head and Managing Director of Citi Community Capital. From 1999 through 2007 Mr. Ditton directed CCC’s predecessor, Citi Community Development. Prior to that, Mr. Ditton served as Managing Member of Davis/Ditton LLC, a real estate development and syndication business focused on affordable housing and mixed-use urban projects. From 1984 through 1997, Mr. Ditton was the Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of LISC. Mr. Ditton is currently a Director of the National Equity Fund and the Community Development Trust. A graduate of Shimer College, Mr. Ditton received his Master’s degree in Urban Studies from Loyola University.
