Lots of Feet on the Street: Communities, Culture and the Rebuilding of New Orleans

This short film, produced for the 2010 National Interagency Community Reinvestment Conference which was held in New Orleans in March, documents how low-income neighborhoods in the city have been rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina. Although overall redevelopment has lagged, the city has become a laboratory for innovative community development projects that build on the city's rich cultural heritage.
