Meeting Affordable Housing Needs

In total, ARCH members have originated more than 2,000 loans, for a total of $1.8 billion, since 1990. These loans have financed over 84,000 units of affordable housing.

Virtually all (97percent) are affordable to low- and moderate-income renters, with 71 percent of the total units specifically affordable to low-income renters.
