| The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the Office of the Comptroller hosted Spring 2009 CRA Roundtables in San Diego on March 16th and in Los Angeles on March 17th, 2009. The roundtables focused on the newly released Regulatory Interagency Questions and Answers regarding enforcement of the Community Reinvestment Act. The latest Q&As were released by the federal banking regulators providing guidance to financial institutions and the public, and took effect on January 6, 2009 with public comments welcome through March 9th. |
