This highly informative session highlights programs and opportunities available for homeownership – including specific programs for first-time homebuyers. 

Join other attendees to:

  • Hear an update on the current state of homeownership in your area
  • Learn about available down payment assistance programs that can help you qualify first-time homebuyers
  • Receive information on resources and loan programs available from government entities, nonprofit organizations and local lenders   
  • Learn more about the current lending environment and what it takes to get homebuyers approved for loans in today’s marketplace
  • Discover the resources offered by homebuyer counseling agencies and learn how you can collaborative with them to assist homebuyers and current homeowners
  • Share your challenges and network with others interested in increasing homeownership in your area
