Hotel Information
Hotel accommodations must be reserved directly with hotel.  Special conference rates will be offered until June 16, 2009 or as space is available, so early reservations are recommended.

Rates: $90.00  King + tax
  $95.00  Two queen beds + tax
  $105.00 One suite bedroom + tax
Registration fees: The deadline for early registration is June 16, 2009.
  Early-bird non-profit  $150
  Early-bird for-profit  $200
  After June 16, 2009 the registration fee is:
  Regular non-profit  $200
  Regular for-profit  $250
Payment: Payment must accompany registration form.  If you fax/email your form, please submit payment by mail.  Confirmations will not be sent until payment is received.
Cancellation/
Refund Policy
If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute.  Full refunds will only be provided if cancellation is prior to June 10, 2009 and 50% after this date.
  We regret that we cannot refund cancellations made within 10 business days of the conference or to registrants who do not attend the conference.
