In this interactive training workshop, attendees will learn key terminology being used in the current mortgage environment. They will learn about the mortgage delinquency cycle, understand how it works and what options are available to homeowners in distress, with special emphasis on the government’s Making Home Affordable initiative. They will also learn what pitfalls to avoid when working with mortgage servicers; how to recognize and avoid scam artists; and where to go for help.
