Payment
Payment must accompany registration form. If you fax/e-mail your form, please submit payment by mail. Confirmations will not be sent until payment is received.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cannot attend, you can send a substitute. There is a $50 per cancellation fee. We regret that we cannot refund cancellations within 10 business days of the conference or to registrants who do not attend the conference. |
