Event Description

Have you heard of the CRA Resource Exchange in Los Angeles and have you been there yet?

We call it CREX and it is the quarterly venue for nonprofit community-based leaders to present their L.A. project ideas for potential funding consideration by banks under their CRA investments, lending and community services programs.

The Federal Reserve along with the working group members of CREX are hosting this reception to encourage you to come and meet the other half of the funding equation; if you are nonprofit we can bring you banks. If you are a bank, we can bring you nonprofits.

The results have been relationship building and greater awareness of community needs along with investments and program related service coordination by banks for nonprofit special events.

CREX is free, it’s fun, and it is producing results. Come find what those are by joining us at the reception! You’re bound to run into a nonprofit or a banker you know!

Just before the reception we’re hosting an open CRA training. This event is open to all nonprofits, bankers and interested community development professionals, both public and private.
