Event Description

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of the Community Reinvestment Act CRA, how it works and how it can be used to help community-based organizations work constructively with banks to improve neighborhoods and communities. This will be a full-day training session that will be both instructive and interactive.

Topics will include history and purpose of the CRA, developing a CRA strategy, eligible activities for funding, locating community and population data and a case study.

There will be no cost to attend, but participants may be limited to one per organization to ensure that we are able to serve as many as possible. Participants will also be asked to commit to attending for the entire session to benefit from all of the speakers and dialogue.
