Event Description

Bank CRA officers and community benefit directors from nonprofit hospitals came together for a discussion on similarities of compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Key learnings included a recognition of the differences in the unique languages of the two sectors, a demonstration of the intersection of community development and health, the awareness of the value of the CRA in assisting public health to execute on community improvement, and the possibility of joint health investments in the future.
