Business & Planning Analyst, Economic Education
Amy Ferraz is a Business & Planning Analyst in Economic Education at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. In this role, she oversees project management, communications, and business administration for the unit’s various projects, programs, educational outreach, and events. In addition, she also chairs the Federal Reserve System Economic Education Communications Committee. Prior to joining the Bank in 2003, Amy worked in the financial services, IT recruiting, and event management sectors bringing a wealth of invaluable skills with her.
She holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations with an emphasis in World Politics from the University of California at Davis, and a Master of Science in Education with a focus in higher education, strategic planning, and management. She is currently studying project management at the University of California, Berkeley toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
