of San Francisco. Dr. Parry is a member of the Federal Open Market
Committee, the group headed by Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan that

Community Reinvestment Conference 2004
This conference will spotlight the community development industry,
including emerging credit trends, investment opportunities, and
the untapped markets within low- and moderate-income communities.
Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn will welcome attendees via video and
highlight Hollywood’s own community reinvestment makeover.
SF Federal Reserve Bank President Robert Parry will deliver opening
remarks to the Community Reinvestment Conference, discussing the
importance of community development and the Fed’s role in
helping to address community needs.
Dr. Parry will be followed by a panel discussion of community
development experts, providing their diverse perspectives on the
state of the community reinvestment industry. Panel participants:
