Federal Reserve Bank Announces New Community Affairs Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joy Hoffmann Molloy to the position of Community Affairs Officer.

Joy brings ten years of banking and community development experience to her new assignment. Since July 1995, she has held the position of Community Affairs Manager here at the Federal Reserve. Prior to that, she held positions with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Neighborhood Housing Services of America, World Savings and Loan and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency.

In her position as Community Affairs Officer, Joy succeeds Kelly Walsh, who has moved on to Bancorp Hawaii in Honolulu. We wish both Joy and Kelly much success in their new assignments.
