Join us to learn about exciting and innovative financing tools for community and economic development projects in the San Joaquin Valley and Central Valley. This workshop will provide you with in-depth background, eligibility criteria, application process, and examples of several new programs that support nonprofit and for-profit entities in leveraging financing to undertake major renovations of existing facilities or fill the final funding gap in a facility development budget. This workshop is geared towards developers as well as nonprofit, public and private leadership. Specific projects of interest could include industrial facility expansion, retail redevelopment, health clinics, childcare facilities, grocery stores, affordable housing, community facilities, downtown revitalization, and historic preservation.
