Community Leadership on Community Health
Thursday, June 19, 2014
2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Pacific Club, Card Room
1451 Queen Emma Street
Honolulu, HI 96813
There is no cost to attend, but advanced registration is required.
The purpose of this meeting is to host a round table discussion for state and federal agencies, hospital executives, and funders that starts with the Hawaii Hospitals Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and centers on collaborative possibilities. Since certain Hawaii hospitals have now conducted CNHAs and developed implementation plans to address selected certain health needs, and other agencies and nonprofit organizations have similar goals of promoting health, there is a new opportunity for collaboration. At this meeting we will discuss how the participants could leverage their resources by working together to promote health in Hawaii.
