San Joaquin Valley CRA Collaborative Roundtable

Tuesday, November 4, 2014
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
United Way Fresno County

4949 East Kings Canyon Road
Fresno, CA 93727

Free parking is available at United Way.

There is no cost to attend, but advanced registration is required.

San Joaquin Valley CRA Collaborative members and prospective members are invited to join this roundtable discussion. Funding institutions will share their CRA and funding priorities and activities, and non-profit and other organizations will share their work. Come with ideas for a potential project for collaboration, or a challenge you are facing. We hope to leverage the experience and knowledge of everyone in the room to together further your community development efforts.

The San Joaquin Valley Community Reinvestment Act Collaborative (CRA) focuses on encouraging partnerships between Valley community-based organizations (CBOs) and financial institutions – while advocating for the Valley’s development needs to regulators and legislators at state and federal levels. Through research, roundtable meetings, advocacy and dispersion of information, we hope to resolve issues impeding community development and support programs and services having the greatest impact on residents of the San Joaquin Valley. Our goal? Make it easier for banks to lend and invest in community development programs and services.
