This summit will provide insights and potential solutions to the affordability gap that exists both for renters and potential homeowners. An overview of the Arizona housing market will be provided. The meeting will include two panels: one focused on the barriers, challenges and potential solutions for multi-family rental housing; and the other will focus on single-family homeownership. There will be an opportunity for attendees to hold more in-depth conversations regarding potential solutions to address the affordability gap. Participants will have an opportunity to identify potential partners to work on the identified issues.
