What does it take to be a destination employer? Teuila Hanson, senior vice president of Human Resources and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, answered this question in a recent interview. Her view is that employees are looking for the right recipe of “meaningful work, trust in leadership, great management, and an awesome work environment.”
For the SF Fed, being in a destination location appeals to employees and job-seekers as well.
