GOLD Internship Program
Invest in your future with the Growing Opportunity for Leadership and Diversity (GOLD) internship program at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
As a paid GOLD intern, you’ll apply your research and analytical skills to projects supporting the Bank’s key business functions. From assisting with safety and soundness examinations to working on technology projects, exciting opportunities exist in nearly every department: Financial Institution Supervision and Credit (FISC), National Incident Response Team (NIRT), Identity Access Management, Cash Product Office and Economic Research, to name just a few.
The GOLD internship program gave me an exciting group of people to work alongside, learn from, and kick start my career.

The GOLD internship allowed me to work on interesting and challenging projects while learning more about the Federal Reserve. My manager and the team I was on encouraged me to learn new things and grow as a professional and as a person. This internship jump started my career and allowed me to work with some of the smartest people thinking about some of the biggest ideas in payments and the economy.
