Dawn D. Hennings
Dawn D. Hennings is vice president, national cash automation in the Federal Reserve System’s Cash Product Office, and Regional Executive of the Phoenix Processing Center. In this capacity, she is responsible for all training, implementation, and production support activities in support of the standard software provided by the Cash Product Office to the Federal Reserve System’s cash operations. The Cash Product Office provides strategic direction to the Federal Reserve System’s cash services function by guiding policy, product development, and capacity planning for its cash operations, and provides standard software tools to all cash processing and vault automation systems nationwide. The Phoenix Processing Center was established in 2001 as a Cash processing center for the financial institutions in the Arizona market. It is not a branch, but rather an office under the oversight of the Los Angeles Branch.
Ms. Hennings joined the Los Angeles Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in 1991. In her career with the Bank, she has held a variety of management roles with increasing responsibility within facilities and cash operations in the Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco offices. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Hennings worked for Lockheed Aeronautics in facilities planning.
Ms. Hennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Northern Arizona University, and currently serves on the board of the Arizona Council on Economic Education.
