Join us in Phoenix for the 6th annual Arizona Healthy Communities Conference “Connecting the Dots: Moving to Action.” The conference will continue its tradition of bringing national expert keynotes and Arizona-focused panel dialogues together to move Arizona deeper into the work of multi-sectoral collaborations that improve community health and well-being.

The 2019 conference will feature Melissa Jones from the Bay Area Regional Health Inequities Initiative, in-depth dialogue on the realities of working in the built environment in Arizona, and time dedicated to current trending issues like the potential of Opportunity Zones for social good.

Registration Fee:
$90 per person (through February 28)
$120 per person (March 1 – March 28)

The 2019 Arizona Healthy Communities conference is hosted by the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities. The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is a proud sponsor of the conference and a founding member of the Partnership.
