SoCal Bankers CRA Roundtable: Affordable Housing & Community Development

Housing affordability and availability is a significant issue in Southern California. This event will highlight solutions to the ever-expanding need for affordable housing—both single- and multi-family—including:

• additional investments and financing opportunities,
• an effort to increase BIPOC developers,
• a special purpose lending program to address Black homeownership in San Diego,
• and multi-family rural housing in the Coachella Valley.

The SoCal Banker CRA Roundtable is a banker-only event, hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the FDIC, and the OCC.
