Educators are invited to Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen’s first town hall meeting for teachers.
The Economic Education & Outreach department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRBSF) is hosting an afternoon program at their head office, which will include Chair Yellen’s town hall meeting (via webcast). After opening remarks, Chair Yellen will take questions from audiences across the country. The FRBSF program will also include a presentation by Senior Economist/Research Advisor Kevin Lansing, an overview of FRBSF educational resources, and conclude with a reception from 5:30 pm -6:30 pm.
Registration is required, along with a $15 reservation deposit (fully refundable upon checking into the event on January 12). Seating is limited, so please register today!
