Andrew Blaylock is the senior advisor and deputy director of Government and Civic Relations at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Based in Washington, D.C., he leads the Bank’s federal engagement, fostering relationships with Members of Congress and key staff while sharing insights on the Bank’s work with policymakers and stakeholders.
Andrew has more than 20 years of government relations experience across Capitol Hill and the Executive Branch. His prior work spanned policy areas such as economic development, emergency management, federal real estate, border infrastructure, housing, and appropriations.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Providence College.
