Jessica García is a Government + Civic Relations program manager, focused on in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington.  She is responsible for engaging with government stakeholders and works to promote the SF Fed’s research and tools as a resource to support government leaders and the communities they serve. Jessica works closely with colleagues across the Bank to support its outreach strategy and help fulfill the SF Fed’s mission of advancing the nation’s monetary, financial, and payment systems to build a stronger economy for Americans.

Prior to her role at the SF Fed, Jessica spent 15 years as a congressional staffer working in policy and forging relationships with constituents and stakeholders. received a bachelor’s degree in business economics, public policy and international business from Indiana University-Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis.
