Jessica Lum
Program Manager, Government & Civic Relations
Jessica Lum joined the Government + Civic Relations team at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in August 2022. As a Program Manager, Jessica is responsible for engaging with government stakeholders across the district. Through outreach of SF Fed research and tools, Jessica promotes the SF Fed as a resource to support government leaders and the communities they serve. By cultivating partnerships with our stakeholders, Jessica hopes to help fulfill the SF Fed’s mission to be a community-engaged bank and bring insights from the civic perspective back to district and system leaders.
Prior to her role at the SF Fed, Jessica spent eight years in public affairs in the San Francisco Bay Area’s tourism industry and several years focused on policy compliance with the City and County of San Francisco. Jessica is from San Francisco and received a bachelor’s degree in economics and environmental studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
