Naomi Cytron is the Community Development regional manager for Northern California and Utah at the San Francisco Fed.

Lina Stepick was a senior researcher in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from 2021-2022. Their research focuses on promoting a thriving labor force. They hold doctorate and master’s degrees in Sociology from UCLA as a National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellow and a bachelor’s degree in sociology, anthropology, and gender studies from Dartmouth College.

Lena Robinson is a regional manager for community development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She leads community and economic development initiatives throughout Northern California, and her areas of expertise include access to banking services for low-income communities, small business growth, and commercial corridor development.

John Moon is the district manager for community development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He leads a wide range of initiatives that address the needs of lower-income communities and individuals throughout the SF Fed’s nine-state western region. His areas of expertise include financing/investing, multi-sector collaboratives, and the larger systems barriers facing lower-income urban and rural markets.

Jiwon Kim is a research associate in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Her research and writing is focused on addressing issues of poverty, affordable housing, small business development, and economic inclusion. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University.

Craig Nolte is a regional manager for community development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.  He leads community and economic development initiatives primarily in Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the Pacific Islands.  His areas of expertise include economic revitalization, small businesses, affordable housing, health and community development, rural issues, and Native Communities.

Carolina Reid is a Visiting Scholar in Community Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
