Pallavi Mehta Wahi serves as Arnold & Porter’s new Chair of Western U.S. Strategic Growth and is head of the firm’s newly established Seattle office. With over 1,000 lawyers across 16 offices worldwide, Arnold & Porter provides sophisticated regulatory, litigation, and transactional capabilities across multiple industries to over half of the Fortune 100, as well as many other clients.

A Chambers-ranked litigator, Pallavi represents national and international clients in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on corporate, healthcare, and intellectual property matters. She has successfully argued before various tribunals and courts in hearings and at trial, and has handled high-stakes and high-volume litigation involving multiple lawsuits, parties, and jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Wahi had a distinguished 18-year tenure with K&L Gates. She held several leadership positions, including co-U.S. Managing Partner, member of the firmwide Management Committee, and Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Ms. Wahi is a highly respected leader in her industry and community, earning numerous accolades for her achievements. Among many others, she has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Washington in 2024 and recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in the U.S., the Top 250 Women in IP, and one of the Most Influential People of 2021 by various regional and national publications and organizations. Additionally, she has been named for many years in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Power 100 list, highlighting the top 100 business leaders in the state.

Ms. Wahi has held and continues to hold numerous roles on various industry and civic boards, including serving on the board of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, where she also served as Chair, and the board of the Woodland Park Zoo. Ms. Wahi earned a Tripos in Law from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, England, and holds a degree in History from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
