Membership Appointments Announced for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council

SAN FRANCISCO – The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco announced the newest members of the Twelfth District’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC), effective January 1, 2023.

The new CDIAC members are Catherine Ngo, chair of Central Pacific Financial Corp, Honolulu, Hawaii; Denise Portmann, president and chief executive officer, Bank of the Pacific, Aberdeen, Washington; and Spencer White, president and chief executive officer, Utah Independent Bank, Salina, Utah.

SAN FRANCISCO – The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco announced the newest members of its Community Advisory Council (CAC), effective January 1, 2023.

New CAC members include: Colleen Dushkin, executive director, Association of Alaska Housing Authorities, Anchorage, Alaska; Blossom Johnston, founding director, Idaho Partners for Good, Boise, Idaho; Ryan Kusumoto, president and chief executive officer, Parents And Children Together (PACT), Honolulu, Hawaii; Zahirah Mann, president and chief executive officer, South Los Angeles Transit Empowerment Zone (SLATE-Z), Los Angeles, California; Andrew McGough, executive director, Worksystems, Portland, Oregon; Deeann Puffert, chief executive officer, Child Care Aware of Washington, Tacoma, Washington; and Nic Steele Access Community Capital, Las Vegas, Nevada.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco announced the newest members of its Economic Advisory Council (EAC), effective January 1, 2023.

New members of the EAC include: Robert Camarillo, executive secretary of Oregon State Building and Construction Trades Council in Portland, Oregon; Peter Guzman, president and chief executive officer of Latin Chamber of Commerce – Nevada, and president and founding principal of The Opa Group, which are both located in Las Vegas; Kevin Jacobsen, executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Clorox Company in Oakland, California; and Karin Kimbrough, chief economist of LinkedIn in Sunnyvale, California.
