Victoria Wenxin Xie is an assistant professor at Santa Clara University. She specializes in environmental economics, international trade and development economics. Victoria received her PhD in economics from University of California, San Diego in 2019, her MPhil in Economics from Oxford University in 2013 and her BBA in Global Business and Economics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2011.

This seminar is part of the Virtual Seminar on Climate Economics series hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is open to everyone interested in research on the economics of climate change.
